1.What you pay for
You buy Volar credits and spend them on creating video ads. 1 credit = 100 KZT, all prices are in tenge. Packs of credits:
- 100 credits: 10,000 KZT
- 300 credits: 28,500 KZT (5% off)
- 1,000 credits: 90,000 KZT (10% off)
What a video costs in credits: 100 credits (10,000 KZT) for up to 20 seconds, 150 credits (15,000 KZT) for 21 to 40 seconds, 200 credits (20,000 KZT) for 41 to 60 seconds.
2.How payment works
- Sign in to your account and choose a pack of credits.
- Press “Pay by card”: the secure page of the payment provider Freedom Pay opens.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment with a code from your bank (3-D Secure).
- Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance automatically, and a payment confirmation arrives by email.
3.Payment methods
Visa and Mastercard bank cards from any bank. Payment currency: tenge (KZT). If your card is in another currency, the bank that issued it converts the amount.
Companies and entrepreneurs can pay by bank transfer against an invoice: write to volar.kz.mail@gmail.com, and we will issue an invoice and, after payment, a certificate of services rendered.
4.Payment security
- The payment page opens over a secure connection (HTTPS).
- You enter card details on the page of the payment provider Freedom Pay. The payment follows the rules of the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard.
- The payment is confirmed with a code from your bank (3-D Secure).
- Volar does not receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV code.
5.Refunds
- We refund money for credits you bought and have not used when you write to volar.kz.mail@gmail.com: give your account email and the amount.
- We process the refund within 10 working days to the same card you paid with, or to the same account if you paid against an invoice. When the money appears on the card depends on your bank.
- Credits spent on videos shown to you and credits received for free are not refunded as money.
- If a video is cancelled, its credits are returned to your balance under the rules of the public offer.
