Volar is an online service that makes video ads for businesses in Kazakhstan from your description. It suits owners of coffee shops, pharmacies, clinics, salons and stores, developers, online sellers and anyone with a street LED screen. You describe your business in text or by voice, pick sizes, voice-over, music, fonts and a style from examples step by step, add your logo, photos and website, and Volar builds a finished motion-design video ad: no filming and no editing. You can make Reels and Instagram videos, videos for websites and YouTube, and ads for street LED screens. Video languages: Russian, Kazakh and English. Prices are in credits (1 credit = 100 KZT): 100 credits (about $23) for up to 20 seconds, 150 credits (about $34) for 21 to 40 seconds, 200 credits (about $45) for 41 to 60 seconds. A sentence or two is enough: what you sell and to whom. A website link, logo, photos, a price list and other documents are optional, but they make the video more precise, and you add them in the next steps.

100 credits (about $23) for up to 20 seconds, 150 credits (about $34) for 21 to 40 seconds, 200 credits (about $45) for 41 to 60 seconds. These are prices for one size. Each extra size is 20% off: two sizes up to 20 seconds cost 100 + 80 = 180 credits, three sizes 100 + 80 + 80 = 260. One credit is 100 KZT. Voice-over and music are included in the price. 3 rounds of edits are free. One round can have as many specific notes as you like. Each further round costs about 10% of the video price. Edits must be specific: you cannot remake the whole video or change the idea.

No. You pay in credits for each video, there are no monthly payments.

Credits are charged when you press “Create video”. If you cancel before work has started, the credits are returned right away. In other cases we decide on a refund when you contact us.

Every user has a personal link. A friend who joins through it gets 25% off their first top-up. You get 50 credits when your friend makes a first purchase. Rewards are credits and discounts only, never cash. You cannot invite yourself.

Reels and Stories 9:16, Instagram feed 4:5, square 1:1, website and YouTube 16:9 and a street screen of any size. You can pick up to 5 sizes at once in one video: the first at the price of the video, each extra size 20% off. Videos can be in Russian, Kazakh or English.

Pause the video at the right moment, drop a pin on the frame and write or dictate what to change. You can also leave a note for the whole video. Notes go out as one list, which counts as one round. 3 rounds of edits are free. One round can have as many specific notes as you like. Each further round costs about 10% of the video price. Yes: a link to your website and Instagram, documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), a logo, photos and references: up to 3 files (videos, presentations, images) and video links, up to 2 from YouTube and up to 2 from Instagram. File upload is available after you sign in, while you set the video up.

You can use the finished video to advertise your business. You are responsible for the rights to the materials you upload. Details are in the Public Offer Agreement.

We keep only what the service needs. Sign-in is through Google or an emailed code. There are no advertising cookies on the site. The site runs through Cloudflare (USA), which may collect visit statistics without cookies. You can delete your account data with a button in your account or by email.
